It's not quite as good as the other model on here but this one actually goes on sale from time to time. You can get it to look a bit better by adding skin normal maps. I'm submitting a basic render to the gallery using Victoria 8.1 normal maps for the skin, high resolution at subd level 4, and default Daz render settings except the HDRI is rotated 90 degrees. No postwork.
