Upload server issue (CLOSED)
I wanted to create a posting to let everyone know whats happening with product uploads.
Our upload server which is hosted separately from the RenderHub site is having an issue.
More accurately, the hosting company is having some sort of network issue.
This is causing the Artist Store Manager to be broken : https://www.renderhub.com/product-manager
This means you cannot update your items, and you cannot add or upload new items.
This started early Friday and continues as I write this
They are aware of the issue and working on it, hopefully they will have it resolved soon.
Should not effect sales.
