Dear Arcmodels,

 This is just a general observation. I am not RenderHub staff/webster.

 Internet sites with sale/payment services use third party agencies or services - like Paypal.

 The site itself does not process the transaction - only the product.

 It is like (real world) the difference between the shelf that something is sitting on (RenderHub); which you select to buy/purchase, then proceed to the cash register or check-out store keeper to pay for your purchase (Paypal).

 Transactions - especially international credit exchange - can be subject to delays at the primary service (Paypal), sub-primary-exchange service (Paypals bank/transactors), national transaction monitoring centre (out going), national exchange master node (out going), national exchange node (incoming), incoming national exchange master node, incoming national transaction monitoring centre, your national bank/currency conversion agency, then your (personal) banks HQ/master server, your bank's state server, then finally your local bank branch (if withdrawing cash). Credited transaction will appear once it clears/is-received at the state bank server ... but may (many places) have a three days holding protocol before being accessible.

 If any one of those stages is hit by a DDOS or data breech event, the transactions will be delayed or (short term) lost, until the system is all fully functional again - then the cross checking systems establish which transactions went through/validated before the fault, then which transactions must be re-sent and re-validated.

 You will find - checking web and print media reports, something happened (likely DDOS event) within 24 or 48 hours of your normal payment arriving.

 The subsequent delays would have been the processes mentioned above.

 None of those were RenderHub, or its staff/volunteers - rather normal everyday occurrences in the international financial exchange systems.

  The good side being:

  i). By now I am sure you received your late payment ... and subsequent payments;

 ii). Have the opportunity to learn how the systems work, and why things like DDOS attacks (anywhere), can have far reaching implications.

Cheers, be happy and keep safe ...

Rick.
