something strange happened to me (CLOSED)

Yesterday I had some consecutive sales .. and I am very .. happy .. but when I went to the store dashboard.

In which previously it said that it had 80 sales this year ... and it increased to 93 with those sales

. but today they went to 85 according to what the Dashboard says. I miss the dance of figures so suddenly.

I just wanted to ask that ..

Hey there! No worries, I can explain this (hopefully) pretty easily. 

What you see on your store dashboard for 12 Month Sales is the previous 11 months plus the current month. 

So - when the month changes over, the "13th month" from a year ago drops off of that total and it starts counting up again. 

If you had sales from December of last year, those would have dropped off the total you see, and on the first of this December they will be replaced with zero sales to begin the month. 

You can see what I mean by looking at the 12 Month Sales Summary - and that total should match what you see on the graph at the top.
