Suspended Item Sold? (CLOSED)

I got an email for my sales of December 30th 2020, and it reported "Aviatrix Phase One" sold.  Strange.  I had that item suspended like two months ago.  This one may take some explaining, because it begs the question "How often are my products being sold and I don't even hear about it?".

My guess is that the buyer has had your product in their cart for some time and just now decided to purchase. Perhaps the checkout process didn't check to see if the product was still active. 

The fact that you DID get notification of the sale, and you will get paid on it makes me believe there is nothing sinister going on. 

I sent a message to Ion letting him know of your concern. He will be able to see what happened, and I'm sure he will clear it up.

Well Foxy, Ion did respond.  He suggested I solve the mystery myself by asking the buyer.  There's one problem with that, besides it not being my job, and that is, I don't know how to identify the buyer.  Perhaps an admin or site owner could get involved here.  At least tell me how to contact or identify the customer.

Nevermind I figured out how to identify the buyer.  One piece of advice... it's bad business to make excuses to a vendor rather than assist him when there's a question.  This site's credibility with me is already pretty low.  This experience hasn't helped.
