Hi there! I am glad to share Old Brick Building game ready model including 7.684K triangles. Modeled, unwrapped and rendered in Blender, painted in Substance Painter.
.zip folder includes .obj, .fbx, .blend and .spp (Substance 3D Painter) formats. You can input 2K or 4K texture maps in .blend file easily and use it for any project. Old Brick Building model works very well with game engines such as Unreal Engine 5.
Contains PBR Metallic / Roughness and UE5 (Base Color - Normal AOROughnessMetallic) Workflow Texture Bitmaps
Each description in .blend file and texture maps named properly.
