Dassault Falcon 20ECM 3D Model
3D model of the electronic warfare aircraft Dassault Falcon 20ECM. The aircraft is based on the Dassault Falcon 20 business jet.
Originally delivered to the Royal Norwegian Air Force in 1972 as a Falcon 20C(DA-20), it was converted for the ECM role in Montreal and entered service in 1975 with 335 Squadron at Rygge. In the late 1980s, both Norwegian ECM Falcons were upgraded under the “-5program with Garrett TFE731-5BR-2C turbofan engines, replacing the original CF700s for better performance and compliance.
Norway operated three Falcon 20s in total-one VIP/calibration aircraft and two ECM conversions named “Hugin(041) and “Munin(053). From 1995 they served with 717 Squadron at Gardermoen, providing electronic warfare training and radar/communications jamming support to Norwegian and NATO forces. By the 2010s only the two ECM jets remained, flying regularly across Europe for exercises and airshows. Both were retired in September 2022 after nearly five decades of service.
This low-mid poly model is suitable for using in the 3D renderings of architectural visualizations, traffic simulation, games etc. where it doesn't need to use heavy high-polygonal models. Made with great attention to detail.
Animated: landing gears, flaps, slats, spoilers, landing lights, oleo struts. Rigged(pivot/origin): ailerons, rudder, elevators, steering,
Textures: The model include 3 versions of textures - PBR(metal/rough), V-ray and Baked. "Baked" means one non-PBR texture is used for the whole model.
The .psd textures (PBR Albedo, V-ray, Baked) include a livery layer that can be disabled, allowing you to create additional liveries yourself (paintkit). If you need additional liveries or to modify the 3D model, please contact me, and we can discuss it.
The art render scenes are not included. Preview screens created with Marmoset Toolbag.
