I don't often leave a comment. This time I will because your tutorial is easy to follow and the results are as stated. I have been using this method for years because "converting to" a generation of Daz character looses the options within the original figure, as you mention. The only thing I do differently is I just hide the control ball by clicking on it and hiding it. So, THANK YOU for giving me a new option. I love this hair and have asked Fabiana (FK Design) if they will make a G8 version, but I still wait as I would love Iray textures.

Using Fabinia's Twin Fair II Hair for V4 on Any DAZ Figure
The character I am releasing this week is Daisy Mae, a classic 'farmer's daughter' character. I used a V4 hair on her, Twin Fair II by Fabinia and decided to update my tutorial on using any hair with a Daz figure to include a few pages on specifics about dealing with Twin Fair II.
This pdf includes the original tutorial with some pages added at the beginning that cover using Twin Fair II.
This file is not intended to be used inside Daz (though I include such a pdf in Daisy Mae) and so is just a zipped PDF file, nothing more
If you already have Daisy Mae then you already have a copy of this pdf.
