Aviatrix Phase Two
Aviatrix Phase Two Readme file.
Installation:
Extract the zip file into your preferred Daz assets folder (either "My Library", or "My Daz3D Library", etc)
Product will appear in:
"People --> Genesis 8 Female --> Clothing --> Causam -- Aviatrix Phase Two".
IMPROVED CUTOFF SHORTS...
During the development of Phase Two of Aviatrix, it became obvious that one thing was absolutely necessary -- the cutoff shorts from Phase One had to be improved! Two major issues stuck out in my mind:
1) the front is too wide, it looks silly.
2) the threads hanging from the bottom are ridiculous. What was called for was Strand Based Hair.
Both of these issues have been addressed, at the cost of foregoing improvements to the phase one cutoff t-shirt and the finishing of the flight boots. These will be included in an update to the phase two product.
BOMBER JACKET...
The Bomber Jacket seems to be holding up pretty well. I tend these days to put a product aside and "let it cool" before taking it up again to see it with fresher eyes. This makes for a longer development time but ultimately a much better product. The Jacket has withstood this test, and so it is included here. I plan to build some morphs in the near future to increase the render utility of the jacket for fantasy breasts, but for now it is sufficient (and even more alluring) to use the existing breast exposure morphs to allow the jacket to fall aside from extreme sized breasts. After all, you didn't design those bazooms to be hidden behind leather in the first place.
Now to the 'destructions' :) :
---Leather Hotpants---
dForce
Thoroughly morphed
A simple and sexy hotpant textured in leather to match the Bomber Jacket. It is thoroughly morphed in addition to having dForce built in to give you a snug sexy fit for any character.
---Cutoff Shorts---
dForce
Morphed
This is a Wearable. That means it has more than one object within the overall asset. They are:
1) Buttons. Each button is attached to a Rigid Follow Node. There are three of these, and they will require adjustment as to position after you run the simulation. I highly recommend using the Universal Tool to do this.
a) before running the simulation, HIDE each button in the Scene Tab.
b) there is a "Fly Open" morph. Adjust as desired once your character is posed.
c) HIDE all of the buttons before running the simulation. Once you're happy with the look, UNHIDE them and then use the Universal Tool to make your adjustments.
2) Cutoff Threads. This is a fully editable Strand Based Hair asset.
a) HIDE the Cutoff Threads before running your simulation.
b) once you are happy with the look, unhide the Cutoff Threads. Select the SBH object in the Scene Tab, then go to Go to "Edit --> Object --> Edit Strand Based Hair". In the Setup Tab of the editor, click "Update Surfaces". Make any changes to the SBH you want, then click "Accept".
c) (OPTIONAL) after editing the SBH, go to "Edit --> Object --> Geometry --> Convert to SubD". It's necessary to re-apply SubD to any SBH
object after you edit it.
---Bomber Jacket---
dForce
Morphed
This is a standard Wardrobe item. Simply load it, dial in the morphs you want, pose your character and run the dForce simulation. NOTE that there is a special PRE-SIM morph called "Waist Make Room" which expands the waist line of the jacket so that it doesn't interfere or poke through any pants or belts, etc, that you may have on your character. There are several dForce presets for the asset.
That's about it for this introductory readme. I hope you decide to purchase the package and make some great renders with it. As always, I am available for any tech support you may require.
Causam.
