Wind Controller Subset for dForce Wind Node
This is simply a free little subset that allows you to easily control wind direction.
There are two wind nodes: Upwind and Downwind. The Downwind node is set to a very low 2 mph. Its purpose is to obviate the negative pressure area downwind of the character, thus allowing the Upwind node to apply its force completely.
By default the Upwind node is set to 5mph, which is just a breeze. Be VERY CAREFUL increasing the strength on these nodes, as it is easy to explode a garment in dForce using wind nodes. We recommend not changing the Downwind strength at all. Change the Upwind by only a mph or two at a time, until you get the desired effect. When it comes to dForce and wind, a little goes a long way so be careful.
Use the Universal Tool to point the wind in any direction or height you desire. Simply choose the arrow and rotate it any way you like, the nodes will follow.
Cams:
There are cameras to which the wind nodes are parented. This is so that you can view the scene through the eye of the wind and make any adjustments to that particular node that you care too, or even render from that camera view.
Renders:
The arrow is set to be invisible in renders so you can leave it unhidden, your Iray render will ignore it.
