Materials:
Each armor piece can be textured separately or as a group by using the preset to select all armor pieces. Textures are Repousse or Smooth. There are four armor colors, four color options for artwork, and an option to make the artwork illuminated for Sci-Fi style renders. Cloth pieces (including the boots) have complimentary material presets.
Morphs:
The skirt has morphs for length, waist clearance and "armor clearance". This last morph creates some separation between the thigh armor and the skirt in scenes where the skirt is full length as designed. The cape has morphs for flowing out backward, adjusting the neck and for creating clearance from the skirt. Both of these items use reactive dForce.
Shoulder armor:
In certain kinds of poses you may need to adjust the position of these slightly. To do so, simply select the shoulder in question and activate the Universal Tool. Then make any positional adjustments you deem desireable.
War tiara:
This basic piece has the same material and texture presets as the rest of the armor and will be selected in the scene if you use the "Select All Armor Pieces" preset. It does not load with the "Full Set", nor do the shorts. Each of these two may be added if desired by the user after loading the full set.
Sword:
We created a "Gladius" style sword to go with this outfit. There are presets to load one in each hand or to simply load one upright at world center. We have included hand poses for gripping the sword.
Boots:
There is a foot pose included for the boots which you should apply after applying any character pose you select from your collection.
Pieces Included:
Neck Armor
Torso Armor
Breasts Armor
Thigh Armor
Shin Armor
Shoulder Armor
War Tiara
Boots
Shorts
Skirt
Shoulder Shirt
TO USE:
1. Load the preset, or any individual pieces you wish to use onto your character.
2. Pose your character.
3. Run a simulation.
4. Choose materials and RENDER!
TIP:
When using a dForce wind node with this cape, keep the wind speed to a minimum, say five or ten miles per hour and set the scene gravity to either "zero" or something very low like .05. This allows the material to flow and assume a natural shape without risking explosion or coming completely off the character.
