Boreal Forest Grass Pack 3D Model
A pack of 100 simple plane grass meshes, UV'd to a single 4096x4096 texture with baked grasses of 13 different species and 3 variants for each. Overall 39 different textures mapped in different combinations to 100 different meshes in order to produce a wide variety of grass clumps for use in your scenes.
Albedo/Alpha and Normals are required to obtain the intended appearance in your materials, however other baked maps are included should you wish to create a more complicated material.
Screenshots were rendered in Unreal Engine 4 using the 2 basic maps in a SSS foliage shader.
Despite the large texture size due to the amount of variation there is the potential for a lot of mileage out of this one pack.
The meshes are also Vertex Coloured so that they may be easily integrated into a wind system.
They are all baked from high polys made in ZBrush.
