sometimes there is problem with animation and i emailed vendor but if it couldn't be solved. Vendor will purposely drag the conversation and keep telling me to send the prove that it doesnt work or keep telling me to send the assets when I have already sent it more than 10 times. He will just dragging it by replying once in two days. Dragged the problem for 2-3 weeks and I eventually just gave up. If the animation works then its alright but if the animations doesnt work then its just waste of money, dont bother contacting the vendor because it wont be solved
