Spider Queen G8F
A model of a spider-woven bodysuit and long skirts, rigged in DAZ Studio for Genesis 8/8.1 Female. 5122 poly bodysuit, 7392 poly skirts.
IMPORTANT NOTE: While the bodysuit is an ordinary follower/conformer, the skirts are only intended to be used as DForce dynamic cloth. To use:
- Set up your scene and character as you normally would; the character may be posed and even morphed/scaled if you like!
- Select the character
- Load the "!Spider Queen Outfit" (this Wearable preset will then load both the bodysuit and the skirt; if you don't want both pieces for some reason you can load one of them separately instead)
- Select the SpiderQueenSkirt in the Hierarchy
- on the Simluation Settings pane, click "Simulate" - the skirt is already configured with reasonable defaults and should not require much additional tinkering. Avoid having the character's limbs do anything too drastic with the skirts, e.g. sitting cross legged or having hands push into the skirt mesh etc. For more in-depth tutorials see some of the many videos on Youtube covering all skill levels and applications, e.g. Esha's channel
The Dforce solver will run and drape the skirts appropriately on the character. Once complete, you're ready to render!
