Easily my biggest issue with this site is the fact that I can't download my own assets. I've reached out to support about this before and they were kind enough to add some specifics assets into my downloads. It would be nice if when we upload an asset, it automatically gets added to our downloads. I've started backing up my assets going forward but being able to reacquire assets I've previously worked on and may not have anymore would be a great feature.

No offense, but I would think a vendor would keep backup copies of their own products right from the start.
I don't understand why someone wouldn't think of that right away. Isn't that the most logical way to protect your investment of time?

Mon, Mar 24things get lost, files get corrupt, drives malfunction, especially on very old products, and files can be too big to keep them in gdrives

Mon, Mar 24Yeah, IAmAFox is totally right. And if it's a Daz product, a finished Daz character is something like 100/200 mb, if it's a hair, a very detailed clothing or a environment, the file can be something like 300mb to even 1gb, plus the original files sometimes are bigger than the finished ones. Imagine if you work 3/4 years creating content, of course we try to have backups of everything but exceptions happen. And if i recall correctly, most other stores have this option.

We do it this way for security reasons. If a vendor's account somehow gets logged into by a hacker we don't want them to steal the entire library.
If a vendor ever needs to get their entire library, we can work out a way to get it over to them.

Mon, Mar 24Hi support, thanks for your message. But if that's the case, if a person does hack into our accounts they could put all our products for free, so they could download anyway, and that would be even worse because everyone would see that the products are free so they could download it :/

Tue, Mar 25If someone des get access to your account you should immediately reset your password and check for any changes that might have been made to your account. If you can't get access to the account to change the password you should let us know right away.

Tue, Mar 25If someone does set your entire library to free, they can only download 10 free items per day which limits what they can get. We also monitor this type of activity, so if the price change is suspicious we will notify the vendor by email as well as flag for support to have a look.
