Keeping closer track of what in your store is sold and what isn't

There is a window in the store item for the vendor to see status on that particular item. And in store dashboard you get to see what items, and how many, in your store have been sold. For those people who have quite a large number of items in their store I could imagine it might be difficult to keep track of what is and what isn't sold. If you are the type of vendor who wants to weed out those non-sellers, the way things are that unless you keep a written total of items that are sold and items that are not, there really is no way to tell in a glance online what is and what isn't selling. Can something like that be done, that in some window vendors can have a list of items in their store, how many of each item has been sold and not been sold since they came into the store?
