delete timeline frames not needed for dforce

ok i figure out how using timeline are better way when doing dforce. i can pick best frame from simulation to keep for my scene. now i get very big daz studio scene file size i think because all frames are stored now. 

can i delete timeline frames that i dont need? i just want save one good frame. i dont really want to save big files if i dont have too. i mean they are really big like 200MB. anybody have anyway to do this? thank you!!!
