Every Ending is a new Beginning

I'm excited to share my latest Unreal Engine project with you.
This was my first time experimenting with ray tracing, and I'm truly amazed by the level of quality that UE5 can deliver. I hope you enjoy the results!
I am hoping to get some feedback/ criticism before I move to my next project, would love to hear your thoughts.
You can find a more in depth breakdown on my ARTSTATION page: https://www.artstation.com/bbgzla

Outstanding. I'm still in the learning process, but I'll get there....someday, hopefully....maybe...

This is excellent and reminds me of an old story from Ray Bradbury about a travelling lightning rod salesman. It's very evocative of the part where he's waiting at the bus stop. Your scene captures that feeling of impending......something? The details are wonderful.
Every time I see stuff done in Unreal I wonder why the hell I'm still fooling around in Daz and Studio.

Wed, Aug 13why? perhaps for most of us it is a comfort zone issue. But we must take the next step. UE5 looks very good.

Wed, Aug 13For me it brings up the first few lines from "Something Wicked This Way Comes".....
"First of all, it was October, a rare month of boys; full of cold winds, long nights, dark promises. Days get short. The shadows lengthen. The wind warms in such a way, you want to run forever through the fields, because up ahead, ten thousand pumpkins lie waiting to be cut. It was the October of my 12th year when the seller of lightning rods came along the road toward Green Town, Illinois, sneaking glances over his shoulder. Somewhere not far back was a terrible storm. Even now, on those special autumn days, when the air smells like smoke, and the twilights are orange and ash gray, my mind goes back to Green Town, the place where I grew up. In my memory, I'm back on Main Street again, among the neighbors who gave me my first glimpses into the fearful needs of the human heart."
It's comfortable but something's coming on the fall winds.
That's the wonderful thing about art, of any kind, the viewer sees and interprets it based on his/her experiences and/or viewpoint. The falling leaves cement that feeling for me.
Well done!

Hello everyone!!! Thank you very much for the compliments, really appreciate it.
Here is a short story I wrote for the environment:
"Every Ending is a New Beginning" is a 3D environment project that tells the story of a young student preparing to leave her hometown in rural Japan to study abroad. Set at an old, weathered bus stop at the beginning of autumn, the scene captures the quiet moments before a life changing journey. Her suitcase rests by the bench, surrounded by familiar details a vending machine, a payphone, fallen leaves all symbols of a life she's about to leave behind. This project reflects the bittersweet nature of change: the sadness of parting, the warmth of memories, and the quiet hope of starting anew.
Trust me, UE5 feels daunting at first, but it is very user friendly and beginner friendly, there are tons of free tutorials out there, so I would advise you to absolutely start as soon as possible, and create amazing pieces of art.

Solid work!
Recently I bought a suite of Blender "classes" that I hope to get into once I am finished with my biggest life change in decades. I have been in limbo for many months now, and I've been wanting to learn Unreal engine, geometry nodes, procedural Blender stuff, and environment modeling (along with clothing design and CAD prototyping with 3-D printers).
I've been playing games running UE5 and have seen a lot of work done in it and I'm stoked. With enough hard work I think I can shine. And I love seeing stuff like this. I really like how Unreal looks, and models look great in it. More DAZzers like me should be looking at this and start dipping their toes in the engine. Modeling and 2-D scenes at production quality is a lot more accessable than it was even 10 years ago.
