Creating G8F Characters

I just watched your YouTube video on how to create new G8F characters for Daz Studio.

I have a couple of questions now:

1.  Do you have to Reverse Deformations when importing morphs? I wasn't sure if that was just for when you sell your characters or if you have to do that all.

2. How do you create the morph for the eyelashes? I have done it in my G8F characters in the past but for the life of me, I can't remember how I did it. Do you handle them just like the body morphs, as far as Adjust Rigging and ERC Freeze?

Thanks Ion!!

Hey Calico

So, you do not have to reverse deformations. That is used when you are fitting an item to a figure that already has a morph applied.

To morph the lashes in G8

1 Detach the lashes form G8 (be sure they are unparented)

2 Export the lashes only to OBJ

3 Use blender (or other) to modify the lash shape

4 Export reshaped lashes to OBJ

5 Select the lashes in your G8 figure

6  Use morph loader pro to load the new OBJ as a lash morph

Hope that helps
