A tribute to 2022 (CLOSED)

Another year filled with the corona virus, war, famine, the woke, the elite and politicians abusing power and in general; idiocy. These zombies tried to celebrate halloween in the hopes of things not getting any worse. Until wokClaire hunted them down to the main hall in the Raccoon City Police Department! Their party already went up in flames in the east wing, but they could only shake her off for so long. Trying to hide, dodge, dip, dive and roll they scurry to get the fudge out of there. What could be more scary and horrible.... THAN A WOKCLAIRE!!!!1 (uuuuuhuhhhhhh UHUUHHHUHHHHHHH
)

Happy halloween!
regards,
Anti
ps. Yes, I have seen the invisible texture at the trigger on the grenade launcher, but it took 3hrs and 30minutes rendering this, so didn't want to use more electricity xD

Horrific indeed. I totally got rid of my social media to escape the constant bombardment of American politics, yet here it is to haunt me.

Tue, Oct 25, 2022Hahahahaha, sorry... Yeah I dropped facebook 10 years ago, but I keep re-making a twitter account for some reason, only to sit there and read absolute idiots commenting, bots or look at animal videoes

LOL - Funny story, and total chaos, for sure.
Nice job! Thanks for participating in the contest.

Thu, Oct 27, 2022Oh - and about the missing texture you mentioned.
Not that it's a big deal at all, but the spot render tool is a lifesaver for situations like that.
Really cool scene though.

Thu, Oct 27, 2022Thanks a lot!
I didn't know that the spot render tool existed, thank you very much
I discovered it 3 hours in and was hovering over the cancel render button but decided to proceed x)

Thu, Oct 27, 2022For sure! It's a great tool. I use it all the time to fix hair that does things I don't quite like.
I'll render the scene with the hair "as-is" then use Mesh Grabber to fix things a bit, or delete geometry I don't like, then spot render that.
Do a quick mask blend in Photoshop, and smile - not having to render the whole scene again.
You'll find all kinds of time saving things to use it for.
