How to change a human model pose? (CLOSED)

The human models are presented in various poses.
I think I am missing some software to change the model pose. (or some skills)
I use 3DSimEd to convert the .obj, .fbx or other supported format to .gmt, because the game supports .gmt models.
After conversion all of them are in the same pose.
What should I use to change the pose before conversion to .gmt?

Those models should be rigged.
Rigging is what is used to allow posing, do you know if the .gmt file you end up with retained the original rigging?

There are sometimes some extra files except the model and textures in a zip, but I cannot open them in this editor.
I am not sure if these files are for rigging, because I cannot open them. These files are sometimes the same model in a different format. And the pose is always the same.
