Here's the sketch I made of the outfit I'm planning to use.

I cheated a bit and went on YouTube to find a video on how to make a top in Blender. This is coming out better than what I did originally. I may be able to get the modeling done by the end of the weekend.

A bit of an update on the work which I actually did in the late afternoon/early evening hours
This is a temporary material set
And this is the wireframe version of the previous image.
I plan to add the actual materials I'll be using as late as Friday. I want at least the day before deadline to render out the final image.

I combined the materials and the wireframe (in vertex select mode) with this image. If anyone has any suggestions on how I can make the top better, feel free to comment.

Possible final image before the final textures. All I did tonight was adjust some vertices to allow for gravity. If anything else needs to be done before the textures, please feel free to let me know.
