Frozen Fate - Work in Progress (CLOSED) (CLOSED)

Figured I would try something to do with snow, a lot of complex geometry nodes in use here to get the icicles and snow effects over the frozen dragon (which I will show in my final entry.)

Needs the following changes:
-tone down of the snow effect to reveal more of the dragon
-tweaking of shaders and ice on the dragon to look more watery and less clay like
-visual elements in the foreground.
