Bundles conundrum (CLOSED)

Bundles don't currently flag the items in the bundle as owned. That's a small annoyance but not a big deal for the shopping side of the experience. However, it's just been discovered that if you make an update to an item in that bundle, you don't have a means of getting notifications of that update nor a means of downloading it. That would be something to look at changing.
! REPORT
Any purchased product is *supposed to be* grayed out and indicate that it is available in your downloads, with a link.
I see that is not happening in the "Included in This Bundle" section on bundle product pages, like here:
https://www.renderhub.com/dreamlight/hot-hdri-sets-5-in-1-bundle-2-daz-studio
Thank you for pointing that out. I have opened a bug report to have that fixed.

Regarding product updates...
When a vendor updates a product package, all previous buyers receive a notification in their message center with a link to download the updated package.
This is done automatically by the system. It does not matter if the product is part of a bundle or not.
Product update notifications happen on a "per product" level.
You say "it's just been discovered". Can you give me some more details? Perhaps I am misunderstanding the issue.

Fri, Mar 29, 2024Oh, well, turns out when I looked at the downloads page, it did show the " Updated: Mar 29, 2024." But it didn't give me a push notification that an update was available like it does with individual products.

Fri, Mar 29, 2024It might be that a push notification didn't happen for the same reason they don't grey out.

Fri, Mar 29, 2024A vendor doesn't "update a bundle". They update individual products.
So this has nothing to do with the product being part of a bundle.
When you say "push notification", are you talking about in the Message Center - Notifications section here?
https://www.renderhub.com/my-messages
If so, do you not see the update notification listed there?
If not, please clarify what you mean by "push notification" so I can better understand the issue.
And, prior to you posting this - can you please tell me how you were made aware that an update was available?
I'm wondering about the "it's just been discovered" part. How was this discovered?
Sorry for so many questions. I'm just trying to understand what the problem might be.

That part I understand.
When I said "push notifications," that was a misnomer I guess. There was no indication in the message center like you showed below, and no little number by one of those little icons about it. Like the photo you showed below.

Fri, Mar 29, 2024OK. Great. Thank you for the clarification.
You *should have* received a message center notification like the image below.
I'm not one of the tech people, so I don't know why you didn't.
I will forward this thread to someone who can take a look and figure out why you're not receiving that notification.
