First Update !
Here is my work flow : base mesh sculpt by me and rig in blender -> posing -> export to Zbrush and Marvelous
In zbrush i re-sculpt some détails, face, hand, legs etc... ( to correct the posing) and in marvelous i do the cloths : here are some screen shots :
