What is the refund process?

Hi, I just purchased a DAZ character and when I loaded the character without clothes and did a NVIDIA Iray viewport test, the legs are a different colour to the torso. When I purchase a product, I purchase the entire product to use in personal renders. Textures can be used on any morph of the same generation. This textures can't be used.

You should start by contacting the vendor who created the product.
In most cases, vendors are able to fix these kinds of problems and update the product quickly.
There are contact links on vendor store pages and every product page.
If the vendor does not respond or is unable to resolve the issue, then contact Support.
Support can assist you with a refund and will remove the product from the marketplace until the vendor fixes the problem.

Thanks for the reply Foxy 3D. I have contacted the vendor and I am waiting for a reply. This vendor usually does reply as I have bought a reasonable amount of products from them. This is the first to have an issue.

Old post, I know, but I would suggest checking gamma settings in DAZ Studio.
Assuming it's a G8 figure, select the Legs surface under Surfaces tab, click the Base Color map, click Image Editor..., and see if the Image Gamma is at a different value from other surfaces on the figure.
I'd also compare all the other surface shader settings across the figure if gamma is not the problem.
