It's been a while. Been really busy lately with work and only now I could spend a few days working on this.

! REPORT
Ok, so I'm seeing a lot of people sharing their process and all so I'll just post the references I collected and the first sketch I made to build this scene.
General environment references:

Lighting:
After compiling these references I did a quick hand sketch of what I wanted to go for:
As you can clearly see, the lighting I went for, as nothing to do with the initial references.
That has mainly to do with me and my wife watching Goliath season 4.
Although I wasn't really a big fan of this season story wise, the photography, colors and lighting really stuck with me so I decided to go with a more gritty composition with a very contrasting color scheme:
Modeling was partially done in Blender and Rhino 3D, texturing, lighting and rendering all done in Blender.
Thumbnail again just so it doesn't mess up the gallery:
