Clarification needed about the licence

Hi, I don't know if this the appropriate section for this post, so pardon my ignorance, Now I am an indie game developer with Unreal engine and I am running solo, so you can imagine how much of a challenge I am already taking been working for 2 years now, I am halfway through my development process, and I am starting to need good looking 3d models for my game world, I found some amazing Daz models here and with an affordable price for my limited resources and I was so happy So I downloaded some of the freebies and added some others to my cart, Now if I understand correctly, royalty-free means that I can use the assets in my game development as long as they are native engine format, packed, and encrypted, BUT in the freebies for example I found the readmes all very clear that: these assets can be used in renders only, so that is a restricted use license, not a royalty-free one, here on the site, it says royalty-free, but on the readme bundled with the asset it says it is not so which one should I follow, and is this will be the case with paid assets as well, where I buy something based on a certain license and receive it with a different one, Please I need clarification about that matter and I hope I am not much of a bother, thanks in advance.
