My initial idea was making a Fishman kinda char and decided going with a Crab theme
I started making some quick sketches to figure out with what style I wanted to go.
At the end I decided going with the Grab Girl.

Currently Working on refining my concept by defining the armor/carapace parts and laying out the hair

Worked on the Leg's and Claw's end of last week 
and now proceeding to define the Crab and its features, for that I added some Barnacles on areas the char could not reach, next I plan to define the Human part, and hopefully can add a weapon and some accessories to it in time.
I don't think I can get a really good looking char done in the time I have left, but I will try my best. and maybe make a more refined version later after the challenge is over. as I came to really like the concept of this character and I always like the Sea animal theme a lot.

Sadly I could not finish my Character, I realized too late that the Design I choose was too big for me to finish within a single month, but I will give myself one more month after the contest to finish this char for my portfolio as I really like its concept. For the next contest I have to learn to concept a character I also can finish in the given Timeframe.
I hope you all liked my Entry and I tried to get the conditions for the Deliverables right even thought I did not even come to the Retopology part of my model
