Just a small suggestion. I went to submit a new gallery image. I added an image and then filled out the description and all the tags. I realized after taking 5 minutes to write everything up that I attached the wrong image. I clicked the trashcan icon on the image to delete it to add a new one and all the text and tags I wrote got erased too 
I've never come across this with any other site submission. The description and tags are separate and changing or deleting the image to replace shouldn't wipe out everything you wrote.
