One question that has always been on our mind...
What are the grounds and procedure for refunds? Can the buyer simply buy a product, use it for whatever purpose and then after one month just return the product for a refund? Is there any feedback or comment when they return the product and what are their usual reasons? How do they prove the product didnt satisfy their needs in the procedure?
Hope someone shares their knowledge on the subject

So, we do accept requests for refund, and each request is handled on a case per case basis. We want our customers to be happy with their purchase so our team is here to help with any issues that may come up.
We can pass any info to the original artist as to why a refund was issued.
Not all refunds are directly related to something the artist can fix. For sure we would let an artist know if something specific about the item needs attention.
I think those were chargebacks we received. They are usually due to someone using stolen credit cards.
We are tightening our security up in order to prevent those it in the future.
I think you are right. I just pulled those reviews for you as they are likely bogus.
Thanks for that, the star reviews can be quite an influence on potential buyers and these were very bad for our reputation
Is it possible that someone bought our models with a stolen card just because of their low price?
We keep them low because we want to help smaller studios on smaller budgets to buy them and make a small profit, since it's a side job for us, do you think we should raise our prices to prevent these attempts in the future?
I don't think the price had anything to do with it, your stuff seems to be priced well.
