The left side is the result of Face App enhancement of Hair and smile. In Photoshop CS2 I applied a few filters (Auto Color 30%, Sharpen Image and Virtual Photographer plugin Color - Classic 9).
'Cleo' G8.1F is loosely based on character 'MSO Maureen' made by Mousso, but she has also parts dialed in from 'Medea' and 'Fane'.

(There are better eyes on the market. Please experiment with eyes from other characters you own. My 'original' Cleo has eyes from Maelwenn 'Evelyn'.)
Then select: Skin + Lips and change the following settings to:
- Translucency Weight 0.50
- Translucency Color 1.00 1.00 0.00 (top-yellow)
Then select Lips, load preset 'MSO Maureen PBR Lips Red' and set Metallic Flakes Enable to 'On'.
- Metallic Flakes Weight 0.38
- Metallic Flakes Color 213 183 204
- Metallic Flakes Roughness 0.10
- Metallic Flakes Size 0.0025
- Metallic Flakes Density 0.40
Then select Face and apply the preset 'MSO Maureen Blush Red'
(Do this twice for a more intens blush if you like that.)

Select Pose Controls - Head - Mouth
- Mouth Smile Left 21%
- Mouth Smile Simple 43%
