3D Render by MKDAWUSS3 days 5 hours 31 minutes 24 seconds. The render progression could have gone on a little longer, too, if I wanted it to. I know - it's probably nothing in comparison to some of the other renders put out there.
This... this took me the entire week to do - posing and D-Force took an entire day. There are a few things I could have worked on a little further, but eventually I got to the point where "ehhh, it'll do" and things did start to slow down just a little. There were also things I could have used (or really, needed) for this scene, but it'll have to do as-is.
I don't know if I'll do something this intensive again, but who knows.
As for attributions... I'll run out of space and someone's getting omitted in that box normally off to the side. All 10 people can be found here, 1 outfit can be found here, 1 set of shoes can be found here...
Happy Easter to those who celebrate!

Respect, "crowded" with so many people, no wonder, the render took that long.
Such an amount of work and time, that alone deserves a like and for sure some stars (we can't give here, sadly enough) for the render itself.
Great job!

Sun, Mar 31, 2024Yeah, all one can really do is give a like, give it a rocket boost award, place it in some collection, and give a comment.
It's the first time I tried putting a large group of people in a loaded scene - previous times it would be basically an empty field, studio background, or something light like that. The hard part with large groups of people (in general, not just for this particular render) is making everyone (especially any background extras) look natural.
Something I do notice from time to time is that a lot of the scenes where I produce these renders would not be as deserted as they appear to be in those renders.

Sun, Mar 31, 2024Well, deserted is the last word, that comes to my mind, when I see this render.
And when it comes to churches, I've seen them as a young child, empty except of the bunch of us confirmation classes, because we had to be there every second Sunday. And one very, very old single lady.
What are your future plans, any goal you wanna reach, some illustrations for a book or so?
I think, you have a lot of talent for these kind of render, with many people in it, giving it the special "alive" touch, if you know what I mean.

Sun, Mar 31, 2024"Well, deserted is the last word, that comes to my mind, when I see this render."
Well yeah, this render's full of people. But other renders of mine will have like 1 or 2 people in a place that would normally feature 10s of people at the very minimum.

I, as of right now, have no such plans. Heck, I see myself as little more than a copy-and-paste artist, Character A wearing Outfit B striking Pose C in Environment D. Funny thing is, way back when I wanted to be a writer. That kinda went to bed around the time I was 18-20. A couple of times I tried to see if I still got something there, but such attempts have actually been few and far between.

Mon, Apr 01, 2024For crowded render, there are these low poly people, maybe that would hel+
I never bought any, just not in my plans to use them.
*lol* sometimes I as well like to "re-create" a picture I've seen somewhere.
I was writing a lot, all hand written, back the days, when there wasn't even any computer around.
People told me, that it was good, but I never had enough trust in myself, to publish any.
And now everything is outdated, in different and most of the time better and for sure longer versions.
Sometimes some ideas pop up in my mind, I write them down and that's it
So, I just do some render, create some textures or even a dress, sell it or give it away for free.
I'm not any longer in the competition mode, if you know, what I mean.
Sometimes a render challenge, fine, if I like the theme and have the stuff, to create a render. If not, well, then it's not for me to take part

Nicely executed - as others mentioned, props for trying to engineer a scene with so many characters. You did a good job of differentiating the characters in the pews; it's easy to get 'copycat' about crowds, and each of these has its own positioning, pose, expression, and sense of character.

Tue, Apr 23, 2024And you can hide a bit in those pews, too, making it easier and tempting to rely on copycat poses at the very minimum.
