3D Render by HochElfI'm currently looking for ways to convey movement.
Me too
My approaches so far:
The pose: a convincing pose (like in your picture) helps a lot. Sometimes it's good to work with a few overstretches and rotations of the pose, as if the pose were a snapshot from a sequence of movements.
The hair: doesn't have to be dForce, a few "blow" morphs are enough. Then use the morphs to adapt the hair to the movement.
The clothes: dForce and a "wind" node can also support the impression of movement.
By the way, the dust (?) in your picture is a great idea to support the impression of movement (I don't usually come up with something like that).
Thanks for sharing

Wed, Apr 17, 2024Ah, the exaggeration of the pose sounds quite interesting. Also, I'm thinking of artificial "motion" blur on parts of the figure. Where the "exposure time" was too long. Like with some sports photographs.
