Sure, The model was standard g8f sent over to zbrush and morphed around then imported back in and rendered, then sent the render to AI and used the AI face to transfer back onto the g8f. Silly, right? The hair however was a freebie from deviant art retextured on daz. I'll leave the link below.

Great job on the face regardless of your methods and the skin texture you used complimented the character really well! Actually thought the hair was the Gwennili hair and I do have it so I gave it a try and just couldn't get the details to pop, even with different hair shaders like you did. Great job!
