First version
All render, no post except to put my name in the corner. edited: i did some post for the rain overlay.
After several attempts to get the shot. I adjusted the city lights and signs to light the entire scene. A small lamp is in the room with the girl to give some back lighting.
1 day 19hrs to render on my old rig frown I will try another closer on her face and adjust the city angle. Maybe with rain but I fear my pc will die, gona try anyway.

Love the rain. How is that possible. When I do rain or snow it sucks

Mon, Nov 18, 2024I replaced the glass with the rain image. I wish I had used a normal as well to give it more depth. Rendered on my old pc and took 28plus hours. All the reflections of the city are real

It didn't win anything, turned out some of the winners just photoshopped their entries. Thanks for noticing it, I put a lot into this one.

From my personal experience I know that people does not quality your work, especially if you worked hard on that. And they don’t care how much effort and time you put. Also I never understand how can someone rate Real artist work like this, and an AI art which is a mix of stolen art.
28+ hours OMG. I’m a newbie, my maximum render time was like 2 hours maybe. (In 2,5 years)
Keep up the good work and never give up.

There not amazing (I don't want to over sell, lol I need Unreal engine to progress now). but quality images, The pursuit was an epic render, my personal best. Coming from an action / lighting / reflections perspective. That's what interest me most the sci fi action or historic / fantasy action. Coming from a real world special effects/ lighting history.
