He's holdin up a fairy and it's glowing
3D Render by shadowyartsdirtyOk so I recently got the Z Fairy in a jar asset. So I thought to myself what's the best way to use this asset. Then I thought what If I had a story line where an elf found it. Then I thought well I don't have a male elf outfit so that's not happening anytime soon.
I almost gave up then I thought it would be pretty cool if there was a little story where a boy scout found the fairy in a jar. Which creates a lot of mystery, in the sense that there question like why is a fairy in a jar? Who put the fairy in a jar? Where did the jar come from and how does the fairy glow? What happens if the jar is opened?
So far I have thought of the story being like this. A boy in the girl scouts decides to go out for a walk then sees light eminating from an empty shed. He walk to the shed, thinking we'll if there's no one in the shed might as we'll turn of the light to save power since there using an of grid system that's heavily reliant on a solar battery.
He enters the shed and to his surprise the light is off. He then sees on the table a jar with a fairy on it. I don't know what else to add to the story, I think I might ask some people on Dicscord to help expand the story for me.
Also if you have any recomendations for fairy wings please leave some in the comments, cause I want to make more fantasy scenes but I'm not sure which wings to buy on my limited budget.
It brings me such joy to make scenes like this. Usually I'm either working on commissions or working on my visual novel game so moments like this where I get to make something not for money but for me are incredible. Also no post work just raw render straight from Daz, which is awesome cause usually I struggle a lot with dark scenes I tend to get the lighting wrong, but I think I'm finally getting better at it without using post work as a crutch.
