Cyberpunk or sci-fi, I think both fit in this scene.
The lighting conditions weren't easy, but you solved it brilliantly.

Lighting as always is the key to the overall scene, This one had so many lights it was a challenge to get right, but I moved the Bike and character further to the front and it got much easier.

I spent most of my time on the bike and girl which I re-shaded, I do enjoy doing Cyberpunk type images but the lighting is harder especially with all the neon and different colors of the lights. But UE has some interesting lighting and ways to block certain lights. On this set from Meshingun it was designed for gaming using UEFN so the LOD's weren't as crisp as I would have liked.
