Puffer Keyboard
3D Render by Rose3DigitalThis design takes inspiration from both the playful tactility of a puffer-jacket–styled keyboard and the bold aesthetics of Japanese streetwear culture. Each key across the outfit is represented in Hiragana characters, tying the concept deeply to its cultural roots while also giving the piece a unique visual rhythm. The silhouette carries a distinct bouncy, inflated quality, echoing the tactile feel of pressing a key on a keyboard and translating that sensation into wearable form.
This project also marked one of my first explorations using Marvelous Designer, where I experimented with the physics of textiles and material behaviours in a digital space. I set myself the challenge of creating a near-accurate cloth simulation, ensuring that the garment’s volume, weight, and drape felt authentic and believable.
The outfit itself stands as the central focus of the presentation. While the environment is kept minimal, the majority of time and care was dedicated to the intricacies of the garment, every seam, fold, and inflation was considered to enhance its presence as both fashion and concept art.
Adding to the overall character, a metallic surface treatment was applied. To the outfit subtle scratches, imperfections, and traces of dirt were layered in to imbue the design with depth, realism, and a sense of wear, reinforcing the idea that this is not just a digital artifact but something that could exist and evolve in the real world.

The uniform design on the front paired with asymmetry on the back really elevates it. I like how the complex top is balanced by the clean, simple pants — the contrast feels intentional and effective. Great work!

Stunning! Love the balance of colours, and the little details that tie it all together like the leather belt and trouser/jacket tags. The Enter and Shift buttons on the back too! So good.
