Denouement
3D Render by zigzagroadI normally do contemporary art and stories, but I fancied trying my hand at some fantasy for this competition. The plan was to emphasise the danger of the curvaceous beauties through the vulnerability of the young woman in the foreground. Mud-spattered and crying, desperate for a miracle. I used two planes to create some side light to either side of the image to emphasis the desert light and kicked-up sand. I applied decals for the mud on the characters, and used a plane with brick shaders behind the gate to improve the feeling that we have entered a gladiator's ring. dForce used for the hair of the young woman, as well as the loincloth for the dual sword-wielding character. I used some minor postwork to improve sharpness and adjust brightness and contrast.
