Looks absolutely beautiful, but is problematic when applying a pose to a figure. it seems to only work if the figure's pose is zeroed or if you pose all joints yourself manually.

Drothari's Silkstone Hair
Drothari's Silkstone Hair
The geometry and textures for this hair were not created by me, they were created by Drothari.
Drothari has made different barbie doll models and uploaded them to sketchfab.
I took the hair from the SilkStone barbie model, and made a hair asset for Genesis 8 Female.
Drothari said it was ok for me to upload the Daz Studio version I made of the hair.
I put a link in the ReadMe file to the original model on sketchfab, if you want to check it out.
I modified the geometry to fit Genesis 8 Female.
Changed the hair ribbon to a hair band.
Modified the bones & weights.
Made some joint corrective morphs.
Made some styling morphs.
Made four hair colour materials based off the original textures.
PC (Not tested on MAC)
Daz Studio 4.23.0.1 or Later (May work on earlier versions not tested)
(Not tested on Poser)
Only the Hair and Hair Band, and Hair materials are included.
Anything else in the promos is not included.
NOTE:
Recently yungturk39sq left a review of the Drothari's Silkstone Hair.
In the review they state "is problematic when applying a pose to a figure. it seems to only work if the figure's pose is zeroed or if you pose all joints yourself manually."
yungturk39sq is 100% correct.
I noticed the same thing about a week ago, and just thought it was a weird anomaly.
I was going to check it again later but forgot all about it.
I never made hair for daz studio before, and created corrective morphs based on head movements, and thought that would be good enough, it obviously isn't.
I don't know why it behaves this way when applying a pose to the character, chalk that up to my inexperience at making hair for daz studio characters.
If anyone knows why it behaves this way please let me know.
I don't think I would re-make the hair unless it was something simple to alter to fix this behavior.
If it did need to be re-made to fix it, the geometry and materials are there if someone else wanted to try and make a proper hair out of it.
