For body and head (with no hair ), eyes - one MultiSubObject material. For shoes another material. Hair - VRayHairMtl.
For files FBX,OBJ hair is mesh and there is only one head for economy. Who works in v-ray lower then SP1 , in material settings choose and assign BRDF
