Part 1: Format Your Products For Success
How your products appear in your store will greatly affect your sales. Following some simple guidelines will improve the performance of your store. Get familiar with how other vendors are doing it, especially those who appear on the first page when sorted by Trending.
Product Name:
- Use proper Title Case. This means that all major words are capitalized.
- DO NOT use all lower case or all capital letters in your product name.
- DO NOT include terms like 3D Model in your product name. Our system automatically adds this for you.

Product Description:
- Provide useful information for buyers, including specific details about your item. When people see information that helps them with their buying decision, they are more likely to make a purchase.
- Generic information from sources like Wikipedia is not helpful to customers and should NOT BE INCLUDED in your product description.
- A well-written product description will also help your item rank higher in the search engines like Google. This means more traffic to your product page and more sales for you.

Category/Subcategory:
- Select the most appropriate Category and Subcategory for your item.
- Accurate selections will ensure that your item is in the proper section of the website.
- Miscategorized items do not sell as well since buyers have a harder time finding them.
- Properly categorizing your products helps increase sales for you!

Search Tags:
- The proper use of search tags is important for increasing your item's search visibility.
- You can enter up to 16 search tags, and you should use as many relevant tags as you can.
- DO NOT use tags that are not relevant to your item. Doing this does not help you make more sales. It only frustrates people when irrelevant products appear in their searches.

Polygons and Vertices:
- For 3D Models, having an ACCURATE polygon and vertex count is very important.
- This information helps a buyer decide if the model is right for their project.
- Incorrect information here often leads to the buyer asking for a refund!

Photorealistic and Game Ready:
- For the Photorealistic and Game Ready drop downs, ONLY select yes if the item is actually Photoreal and/or Game Ready
- For Photorealistic, using PBR materials does not automatically mean it is Photorealistic. If you are unsure what Photorealistic is, please do a little Google research to clarify this.
- For Game Ready, there are specific conditions that need to be met. Again, please do a little Google research to clarify this.

Price:
- Pricing your item appropriately is important. You don't want to be too high, but at the same time pricing too low is not recommended.
- If you are unsure how to price an item, check the website to see how similar items are priced when sorted by Trending or Best Selling. That should give you a good starting point.

Main Thumbnail:
- Providing a high-quality, properly cropped main thumbnail is the best thing you can do to increase traffic and sales of your item.
- Generally, a single view of the item is best for the main thumbnail.
- AVOID multiple views of the same item on the main thumbnail. Multiple views are OK for collections or bundles, or when the item has variations.
- AVOID using unnecessary text and promo graphics on the main thumbnail. Clean, uncluttered images simply featuring the product generally perform better.
- Proper cropping is VERY IMPORTANT. You should zoom in on your item so it fills most of the square. Your product thumbnail is the first thing people see when browsing the website, so make it count!

Promo Images:
- It is important to have high-quality promo images for your items.
- Zoom in on your product so it fills as much of the frame as possible.
- Include multiple images with different views that show off the details of your product.
- Including wireframe images for 3D models is also recommended.
- Great promo images help you sell more products, so do the best job you possibly can!

Video/360:
- Include a video for maximum engagement of your item.
- Videos are generally 360 turntable animations.
- Items with videos always sell better than ones without.
