A single UV Map with multiple separate materials and Objects. (Hat and Pole)
Since its a blender native rig, you can utilize the rigify by One Click Rigify generator for Blender users.(v4.3 or later) .
Blender file already has nodes connected and lighting Pre-set.
FBX rig also works in Maya viewport via import armature with FBX.
Formats are : OBJ, FBX Maya, BLEND.
OBJ format,4K textures as zip file.(PBR Substance Painter Textures Included)
Optional: Incase rigify has error, try different blender version
