This character has facial shape keys you can find under the shapekeys tab.
M open = mouth open
Left eye close
Right eye close
M close = mouth close

Note: the teeth and tongue also has shapekeys and need toggling for a correct mouth open and close.

To use this shapekeys select the face, upper teeth, lower teeth or tongue and use the toggles under shapekeys
