Thank you very much! I am grateful!!
Sculpture, Obelisk, Image Display, V1 3D Model
A free 3D model by Luke Turner (AKA Luqu, Luqu Trnr, Lukon100, Volcanoface, Doubt45, Illuwuz).
Note: If I revise this model and re-issue it, I will increment the "V1" to "V2" and so on.
It loads in tall, about 14 meters tall when loaded into Daz Studio.
SHORTCOMINGS
This 3D model ain't perfect. Its construction reflects my current beginner's skill level with Blender.
But it looks ok from a typical distance, I think.
VERSIONS AND FEATURES
This download includes the model in both DAZ Studio format and .obj format.
The Daz Studio version has morph slider controls in the "Parameters" tab that can flatten each nose-shaped awning to make it disappear, or stick out more.
The .obj version includes the morph target files to achieve the same in other programs.
MATERIALS
Both format versions are UV mapped.
The Daz Studio version has some materials presets for your convenience.
The concrete and metal materials image maps used are from Daz Studio's default resources collection, as it was in Daz release 4.11.
To prepare your own images for use on the screens, use the included template in your image editing program.
In the Daz Studio version, there's an icon to click which will retrieve the templates directory for you.
Once your images are ready, apply them to these material zones accordingly:
Screen_Surface_1
Screen_Surface_2
Screen_Surface_3
In Daz Studio, find these material zones in the "Surfaces" tab.
