Soft Breasts for Genesis 8 Female - Low-Poly Pack
Product Description:
Soft Breasts for Genesis 8 Female - Low-Poly Pack is a free expansion pack for existing owners of Soft Breasts for Genesis 8 Female. It is not a standalone product—you must have the latest Soft Breasts for Genesis 8 Female installed for this pack to work.
This pack provides a low-poly version for Soft Breasts for Genesis 8 Female. In this version, the polygon count of the Soft Breasts model has been reduced from 50,000 to under 15,000, making it ideal for users with higher performance demands. If you do not have such requirements, there is no need to install this low-poly pack.
After installation, the low-poly version will share the DAZ scripts with the original version, but it has a separate plugin in Blender. The Soft Deformation Importer will automatically load either the original or low-poly versions of the Soft Breasts model based on the OBJ files you export from Blender.
Additionally, all nipple morphs from the original version are preserved in the low-poly version, although the precision of some morphs may be slightly reduced.

Installation Guide:
*** First, download the latest installation package for Soft Breasts for Genesis 8 Female and update it by following the steps outlined in the "changelog.txt" file included in the package.
*** Then, download and install this low-poly pack.
1. Unzip the installation package to a temporary folder. This will create a new ZIP file: soft_breasts_g8f_low_poly_blender.zip.
2. Open Blender 4.2, go to Edit > Preferences… > Add-ons.
3. Click the arrow button in the upper right corner of the Add-ons panel and then select 'Install from Disk…'.
4. Navigate to your temporary folder and select the soft_breasts_g8f_low_poly_blender.zip.
5. Click "Install from Disk".
6. Once installed, search for "Soft Breasts G8F Low-Poly" in the add-ons list.
7. Check the checkbox next to its name to enable the plugin.

This product is compatible with DAZ Studio versions 4.21 through 4.24 and works with Genesis 8/8.1 Female(s).

Additional Compatibility:
This product is also compatible with earlier versions of DAZ Studio. It supports DAZ Studio versions as low as 4.6, but please note that it only works with Genesis 8 Female characters at this version.
Since older versions of DAZ Studio do not support automatic morph loading via scripts, you need to perform the following special steps:
*** In Blender, you must click the "Export for DS 4.6" button to export OBJ files specifically for these older versions.
*** Then, in DAZ Studio 4.6, select your Genesis 8 Female character and run the script "Soft Breasts G8F - Load Craft Only" to add the soft breasts low-poly node to her.
*** Finally, select "Soft Breasts G8F Low-Poly" in the Scene pane and manually load the deformation morph for it.
