Art Deco House 3D Model
Art Deco House with texture. Low-poly 3D model
Lane-Wells company headquarters was taken as a basis.
!!! Heres two versions. Old (only buildng, without scene and textures, with one standart material), and New (ART_DECO_BUILDING_TEXTURED.fbx whith scene, textures and materials in Redshift). Redshift materials very easy to change for any other render, or Unity/Unreal. PLUS there is a Maya file (*.mb) with all settings and MASH grass. Textures in 2K and 4K resolution!!!
Old vershion had *FBX and *OBJ files formats
Plus here added *STL format
