You must have the Genesis 9 Starter Essentails version up to date.
Go to ‘People/Genesis 9 Toon/Basic FilaToon Environment’ for the assets to work correctly.
The renders must be made in the Viewport Engine.
This is a FilaToon Version!
The assets are programmed to work with Filament Render, if you want the Iray version with Iray Shader, click on the link below.
