They can be great, because they often give different perspectives from different presenters.
But many times, it's a huge time investment for a small amount of information.
A decent Webinar should include a video tutorial combined with a Q&A and an accompanied pdf written document lesson to follow.
Without doubt the best combination of all 3 if it is done correctly.
